Listen again with the script, if you wish:

I worked at a small, family-run company for ten years. It was great and I really enjoyed the friendly, relaxed atmosphere, but after a while, it became clear that I wasn't going to get anywhere. They had no desire to grow the company and all the top positions went to family members.

So, I resigned and went to work for a huge multinational instead. There were opportunities galore. I even got the chance to travel abroad for training! However, I found the environment stifling, especially with all the rules and regulations that I had to follow. For example, we weren't allowed to use social media during office time, even on our phones and even on our breaks! I also found myself doing the same thing every day. It was so monotonous!

Now I'm thinking of resigning from that job, too, and starting my own business.
